Celebration Events for the 5th Anniversary of the Establishment of BRAUIC
The year 2022 marks the fifth anniversary of the establishment of the Belt and Road Architectural University International Consortium (BRAUIC). Over the past five years, the BRAUIC has been promoting the exchanges and cooperation of architectural universities in countries along the Belt and Road with a clear blueprint and roadmap, having laid a solid foundation for expanded cooperation and making significant contributions to the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative, the advancement of the infrastructure construction for countries along the Belt and Road, international talent development, innovation through science and technology, and people-to-people exchanges among countries involved.
To reflect on the achievements over the past five years, make plans for future development, and discuss key topics and cases of “Advancing the High-quality Development of Architectural Education for the Belt and Road Initiative”, the 5th Anniversary Commemorative Celebration of BRAUIC & International Forum on Higher Education in Architecture, and other events celebrating the fifth anniversary are scheduled to be held from September to November, 2022, both online and offline. The details are as follows.
